🚨🚨🚨This is the worst place to pick up a load in the entire United States. Drivers, do not come here; to these people, your time means absolutely nothing. I’ve been waiting 19 hours for a door, My appointment was at 22:00 on 4/27/2026 and I checked in at 21:00 4/27 It is now 16:34 on April 28. and they still haven't called me—they just keep telling me they’re "a little behind And I have the reefer running at -10, burning fuel. This was my last time at this abysmal place. Drivers, stay away! 🚨🚨🚨🚨

Typical drop and hook. Make sure 3/4 tank full on arrival and load info said if no one in on weekends we can drop bills in mailbox on wall by door 10

They get three stars because the people I encountered were cool and they have ample overnight parking. Other than that… Check-in is confusing. They have a lot of directions posted, but it’s still somewhat confusing. Don’t bother coming early unless you must park; they will hold you to your appointment. Probably beyond. I was there for roughly six hours. Arrival at 11:49, appointment at noon, empty trailer at 17:15. Don’t bother staying with your trailer. Just drop it and park.
