Great place with very nice employees! It was fast and quick!
I loved my experience with Birdnow. I live 2+ hours from Oelwein and found the vehicle I was looking for. After communications with David and James who answered all my questions about the vehicle and finance options I scheduled my visit. Upon arrival, David had the car ready for a test drive and after making my decision James quickly got me through the paperwork and on the road. Both were great to work with and made it one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. I highly recommend! Brian

If I could negative stars I would. We took our car in for service and were quoted a price for the repair. However, their mechanic broke a part while repairing our car and we had to pay for the part that the mechanic broke on top of the original service. We tried speaking with Jeremy Birdnow, but still had to pay for it before we could get the car out of the shop. After getting the car and driving it, what they were supposed to repair was still leaking and they would not stand by their service to fix the problem. We had to ta... read more
