Charges people for fixing their own mistakes that they made previously. Put a computer in just for it to mess up and then charge the people to fix the computer AGAIN
This is my first time buying a car from Birdnow in Oelwein. Thank you to Jordan, David and Jason for the great no pressure service. You all made sure to explain everything about the car and what i was signing. It is refreshing to find such a great business in a small town.
Overcharged me for labor, dud 1 1/2 hours and charged me 3.5 hours. They said the book said it was a 3.5 hour job and they charged me that. They are screwing their customers doing it that way. Very upset, never go there again. Heads up to everyone.

The entire team was very welcoming. I was extremely impressed with the “no pressure” approach of service. Definitely not the typical car salesmen. They seem to genuinely care about getting the customer the best deal possible.
