Greeted but not offered any help even though I know I looked lost. This was my second visit and the first was much more pleasant. Probably picked the wrong day to drop by (Saturday) because it was very busy. It wasn’t very organized and felt overly cramped. Personally, I would be more comfortable in having more space and not feel so confined to one area because there are so many customers you can barely get around. I do respect the history at Birdland though. Kudos for keeping it going.
