Donna is fabulous! She creates a comfortable space and connection that supports just what I need to release stress that shows up physically, with both massage therapy and cranial sacral work. Highly recommend!

What a special space. If you’re looking for holistic healing, this is your place. I came for cranial sacral therapy to ease severe and chronic neck pain. After the first visit I noticed a difference. By the 5th visit I’m pain free.
Donna at Birdies Better Life is literally life changing. To be able to walk with better posture and less pain changes how you walk through the world. I even sent my mom to her. She’d been in a bad car accident and hadn’t been able to turn her head all the way to the side for over a decade. She’s so proud of her new trick looking both ways. Thank you Donna!!
