Why would such a great restaurant close? Yet it is slated to close end of year. Please keep it open! This restaurant has such deep flavors in dishes that are comfortable food inspired, such as roasted carrots, steak, lamb roasted. The flavors that come out are deep, unique, original. The staff also did a very professional job serving.
I'd like Italian sausage
A damn shame this restaurant is closing Dec. 31. It's certainly not due to underperforming in the quality department. To the contrary, the deliciousness factor always leaves me slackjawed. We can only hope that chef/owner Fox reemerges with another restaurant in the near future. If you haven't been to Birdie G's, you still have 2 months to experience the magic.
