I initially had good experience with Jake and Manya during getting onboard process but as time went on, we realised that we didn't need all the features or this software for our business. Nearing the end of our contract I tried to contact the support team for cancellation but this was made so difficult and delayed to a point that it was contractually too late to cancel contract renewal. I was constantly told that I will receive a call back to cancel the renewal but that never happened, I believe they delayed it on purpose un... read more
