We cancelled our subscription over two months ago and have written email correspondence clearly confirming that we wished to cancel. Despite this, BirdEye has continued taking money from our account. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Birdeye has made cancelling our account an absolute nightmare. We submitted our original cancellation request in December 2024, yet they continued charging us. We have now submitted another cancellation request through their support portal, and after more than a week, we have received no response whatsoever. ★☆☆☆☆ — Continued billing after written cancellation I cancelled my Birdeye subscription in writing over 16 months ago, yet they continued to deduct funds from our business account for 12 months after cancellation. Despite being in constant follow-up with their team requesting a refund, I have not received a response in over three weeks.
