This relatively new bakery located in iconic Domino Sugar Factory building in Williamsburg. They have very creative baked goods both sweet and savory with a twist of Brazilian flavor. The place have very chilled atmosphere and roomy to gather with some friends to share their coffee and desserts. I have tried few of their selection and definitely will be back to for more.
Birdee is an outstanding bakery, and I’m lucky to live nearby and stop in often to check out their rotating menu. The pastries are excellent, and their chicken Caesar focaccia sandwich is incredible. It’s a perfect spot any time of day, whether you’re craving something sweet or savory.
