Jeff Shannon worked with my insurance adjuster and was able to demonstrate the need for a new roof after some wind and hail damage. Jeff communicated all through the process and handled all the various details of the repairs. His roofing team worked from dawn to dark. Not only did Birdcreek have a the roofing team's manager present, but had a project manager on-site to oversee and communicate with the roofing team. This is a company with great customer service & people of character. JD took immediate care of my issue and followed up to keep me informed along the entire evaluation. They were very fare in pricing, did professional work, and were thorough in their cleanup. I will be using Birdcreek Roofing for my roofing needs from now on.
Jeff Shannon went above and beyond helping us with our roof etc. We were selling our home and had 6 days to replace the roof after a hailstorm.
