Card machine was down for whatever reason. Couldn't insert my card or tap even though they claimed it still worked. Had to give my card to manually out loud to the GM John. Who was extremely rude all because there card machine was down (not my fault). This was my very first experience here. What a horrible experience! Food was ok but employees.... trash! Stay far away from this specific location.
This location is giving Birdcode a bad name. Believe the less than great reviews, & save your money. The teenagers running this location are not making good food like the people at the WEHA location (the only other one I’ve ever tried- numerous times). Nor are they friendly or customer service oriented at all. They are immature & either on their phones ignoring customers or goofing off in the back. Fitting I guess, bc this place is a joke.
