So I'm currently in bird call and my sons chicken nuggets were extremely overcooked I brought it up to a Hispanic female with red hair and she made it like it was a problem to remake it she did howe some were overcooked and some weren't. I won't come to this birdcall again maybe y'all need. To change the oil
If employees and staff would get over their egos long enough to produce a decent experience, their reviews wouldn’t have been slipping this year, making them rely on their old reputation.
I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to serve chicken sandwiches which had obviously been precooked and sat since they switched to their lunch menu an hour ago. I will never eat here again.
It was helpful to know it is inside Whole Foods, thank you previous commentors. Ordering is off a touch screen & items are customizable. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce, cheese, aoli & no bacon jam, tots and a ginger coleslaw( it had no mayo which was perfect for me), plus a side of sweet mustard+0.50 & 16 oz drink. Good food. Seems to double as a homeless shelter. It’s nice that they’re so accommodating but it’s tough paying for food and then eating next to people who are coughing, smell strongly, and haven’t bought anything. I’m talking about the majority of the eating area being taken up by people who obviously hadn’t purchased anything at Bird call or Whole Foods. Take it or leave it - that was my honest experience.
