Literally the best chicken place ever, I wish I had one nearby
An absolute failure from beginning to end. I ordered two sandwiches one of which they completely forgot to put the chicken on so I had a bun with lettuce a very thin slice of tomato three small pieces of bacon, some kind of dressing and that was it. pitiful the other sandwich completely dressed, there was a tiny piece of chicken on there. I have never seen that small of a piece of chicken on any fast food. It looked like a McDonald’s sandwich, Only smaller
The food was good, but this location really needs more staff, especially in the mornings during the rush. It’s not fair to have one person trying to handle everything by themselves. They were doing their best, but the wait was longer than it should’ve been. Hopefully management can add more people during the busy hours because it would make a big difference.
I love the food here, but they continually screw up my doordash orders. 7/10 times I’ve ordered they forget to include the requested sauce that you pay extra for. Its a small thing, but its frustrating when you come for the sauce! Also, the quality changes based on who’s working. Great potential here, just need to button up operations.
