Xed helped me feel comfortable, and is very aware of and accomodating to potenial sensory issues that can arise in getting one's hair cut or otherwise handeled. Excellent, meaningful conversation, subtle humor, and also comfortable with silence. They were patient with me as I attempted to describe and indicate the "hair outcome" I desired, and went above and beyond to make it real. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience.

My hair is very culturally important to me, and as a masc person I've lived through too many dreaded pixie cuts so getting it cut always makes me nervous. Xed has gone above and beyond to maintain my hair for the past year! Their space is queer friendly and sensory safe. :)
