Very friendly and comfortable place. Workouts are well planned and organized
I’ve worked out at gyms for many years. I’ve always said “ it’s harder to get to gym than being there!” Bird Strength & Fitness is a gym where you’re greeted with your name and a smile (ie CHEERS). The level of customized coaching and tangible goal oriented workout strategies has even me enthusiastically wanting to get out of bed to start the day off with energy and self gratification!
After my first two weeks, very happy I found BIRD Fitness. Jenny is patient, encouraging and takes the time to make sure my goals are being achieved while making it fun. Highly recommended!
Jenny is a great instructor, she helps each member adjust movements and at what level you are working in, to help you not exceed your limits.
