Replied back quickly & was helpful
1st visit was good, since I have spoken to salesman three times trying to negotiate and he has never returned my calls. I will never buy a car there or recommend anyone to go there .
Very people and good customer service
The dealership was very professional and know what they are selling, they are direct and straight forward. They tell everything that you need to know about the vehicle you are looking for.
I thank almighty GOD for putting Mr Luis from Bird Road Subaru to help me get the right car. Mr . Luis is super nice and kind, humorous also. I had a very nice experience.

I had one reply saying that they were there to help but not answering my two simple questions. I had no reply to my follow up email asking those two questions again. I had actually been to see them in person a few days before but I had such an awful salesman (by far the worst car shopping experience that I have had) that I resorted to email with the hopes of doing better. Definitely one to avoid.
Great service and helpful. Friendly staff and was not in any pressure to buy the car.
