We had considered listing our house in Imperial, but decided to explore selling to a home-buying company instead, and we’re so glad we did! Josh came out to look at our house and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process was seamless, and closing happened quickly, which was our main concern. It was so much easier than going through a traditional listing. We had a great experience with Bird River Properties and would definitely recommend them!
I did not have the best experience with Bird River, everyone was kind and professional, however, once I accepted their offer, and turned down the other offers I received, everything started to go downhill. They wanted to put a lock box on the house before we closed, which my lawyer advised against, and luckily I told them no, because after I turned down all other offers, they came back and said they would not be able to move forward with the offer they proposed.
