My daughter is 8 years old and has never liked going to the dentist. After trying several ones in the area, we found Dr. Bird and they are the BEST! My daughter felt happy, comfortable and safe. They were attentive and sensitive to her dental anxiety. Beyond happy to have found them!
Such a great practice! Dr. Bird and her staff are just wonderful. My daughter is 3 years old and need to have some fairly serious work done. She had a pretty bad cavity that needed to be filled and seal with a stainless steel cap. This required general anesthesia- as any parent this was unsettling for me. When I was a kid they never put us under, ultimately they would pull it or just numb it. Dr. Bird and her staff are amazing! Dr. Bird is extremely knowledgable, professional and caring. She and all the staff are very friendly, very welcoming and caring, they explain everything need to be done in a very kid friendly manner. They go above and beyond to ensure kids' comfort and ease any anxiety they may have. My kids love to visit the dentist always because of dr. Dr. Bird and her staff are wonderful with children, especially those that are shy and timid to new situations. They are patient and kind with both the children and parents. The office was especially designed for children and decorated to make children feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend this pediatric office.
The staff really takes the time to get to know the kids and make them feel comfortable. Dr. Bird comes and talks to parents after treatment to ensure things went well. When my son got his braces they made him feel like a star and mailed him a beautiful card and magnet for us to always remember his beautiful smile with his braces! Highly recommend Dr. Bird and her fabulous staff!
