Great people to deal with.
On behalf of my father in law, he wanted to share his experience with Birds. From original reach out for service, same day response, and quickly made arrangements for a visit, thank you Laura and team!! . Bryce & Hayden from Bird Fuels did an outstanding job of switching out our tanks and transferring the fuel. It's very refreshing to deal with people that actually like their job and the company they work for. No accountability, whatesover !!! Called to get delivery of fuel on Tuesday since i am prepay customer , paid prior sent ss to accounting. She said she will create ticket for fuel dispatching! Today is Saturday no signs of fuel, i hope they get urgency for their duties as being heatless in this weather! I called them again today they said no ticket is created . This is not even first time, everytime u need fuel delivery you will have to keep calling them in order to make sure ticket is there. They could care less!
