Tori, the front office clerk, is very impolite and rude.
Who would've thought that Target has better staff than an OPTOMETRIST'S office. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on my glasses. They were supposed to call me back and never did. The girl in the front office made me wait because apparently the insurance specialist was on the phone trying to buy a house while working. I do not recommend this place at all!
Be ready to wait at least a couple hours. The place is a mess and staff has no idea what they are doing. Waste of time
My husband and I came here the first time to have yearly eyes check after we moved to Orlando, it's so close to our home, so we wanted to give them a try. Staffs were nice, however I didn't feel professional that not the doctor but the assistant to do the eye check. Doctor only went through the report with me and did the dilation. It's the first time ever in my whole life that assistant did the eye check. I was sent here to have an evaluation of my eyes done. I have an obvious vision impairment, I have a telescope on my glasses, and my glasses are thick. The doctor performed my eye exam. shes not very personal, and in my opinion not professional. When I reviewed my eye report after the fact. She had written on the report itself "patient doesn't act blind" ok, first off this is especially disrespectful. What did you expect me to do, walk into walls, have a cane.
