Who would've thought that Target has better staff than an OPTOMETRIST'S office. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on my glasses. They were supposed to call me back and never did. The girl in the front office made me wait because apparently the insurance specialist was on the phone trying to buy a house while working. I do not recommend this place at all!
My husband and I came here the first time to have yearly eyes check after we moved to Orlando, it's so close to our home, so we wanted to give them a try. Staffs were nice, however I didn't feel professional that not the doctor but the assistant to do the eye check. Doctor only went through the report with me and did the dilation. It's the first time ever in my whole life that assistant did the eye check.
