I had been thinking about doing CrossFit for a long time and finally reached out to Bird Dog via Facebook to find out more information. From day one, I felt embraced by a welcoming community that genuinely wants everyone to succeed. I was a bit cautious when I decided I wanted to get into CrossFit. I knew I needed a gym that was about team work and inclusivity. Bird Dog is exactly that gym! If you are looking for a place to begin and continue your CrossFit journey with coaches and people who are accepting and so helpful, Bird Dog is the place to be. I could not recommend this gym enough!
Recently moved to the area this year and very happy I found Bird Dog. The people are great and welcoming, workouts are challenging, and the owner and coaches are awesome. Would definitely recommend checking out if looking for a place to get solid workouts in!
