Bird Dog CrossFit is absolutely incredible! As someone who was brand new to CrossFit, I was a little intimidated at first — but from the moment I walked through the doors, the coaches made me feel completely welcome and supported. Amazing experience!! It’s always a little scary starting at a new gym, especially for CrossFit. Everyone was so friendly and supportive. All of the coaches are great! Very knowledgeable and do a great job teaching and scaling a workout for you if you’re not quite advanced enough to do curtain movements. Started coming here in March 2025 with my wife after we moved from Idaho. This is without a doubt the best CrossFit box we have been apart of. The owner, Patrick is awesome. He is great at coaching and programming. All the coaches are great too. The classes are small enough you get individual coaching during class. There is coordinated community events like trash clean up, hiking, and park wods to get to know fellow CrossFiters as well! No matter your fitness level I highly recommend joining this box!
Fantastic gym with a welcoming community and top-notch coaching. The programming is always challenging and well thought out—perfect for all levels. Easily the best CrossFit environment I’ve been part of.
Visiting the area and did a drop in class. I got a prompt reply from the owner and it was easy to sign up and pay. The coach, Joy, and the class were very welcoming and I had a great workout. Way better than the hotel gym.
