I was a bit cautious when I decided I wanted to get into CrossFit. I knew I needed a gym that was about team work and inclusivity. Bird Dog is exactly that gym! If you are looking for a place to begin and continue your CrossFit journey with coaches and people who are accepting and so helpful, Bird Dog is the place to be. I could not recommend this gym enough!
