I’m from Texas and we throw down when it comes to BBQ. Bird dog is ON POINT! We went closer to closing so sides were limited but I was not disappointed when it came to the ribs, brisket and sausages. A visit here is a MUST!! Also, The variety of bbq is a nice touch…try em all. Thanks y’all!
