Brisket was bland.
Fire had pulled pork brisket and ribs none of it was dry perfect smoke ring on the ribs excellent place
I have been here probably 10 times over the past 12 years. Every now and then, I get that "itch" for some BBQ food and give this place a try. Unfortunately, most of the items just do not hit the spot for me. Also, the price is very high. FOOD: As others have said, all of the shredded meats are really bland and dry. My first time eating here and it was for a going away luncheon such a disappointment. The brisket was shredded had zero flavor. The pulled pork sandwich was dry zero flavor tasted the same as the brisket. The bread was subpar hamburger buns.The dirty plywood seating had a coat of grease it seemed like.
