8/23/19 Agree with previous - non-existent customer service. I was looking to purchase knobs for my kitchen cabinets. They were not super expensive ($5/each). When I got home I realized that the length of the screw mattered and we would need three different lengths. I called the store and spoke to a young lady who said they were standard. Non existent customer service. We bought thousands of dollars of Classic Brass Hardware several knobs stick/ grind. I sent a UPS letter to both Bird and Clasic Brass Hardware reporting issues 4 weeks ago still no call, buy elsewhwere.

Awesome selection of unique, high quality hardware for cabinets. Jay provided fabulous customer service and decorating advice. Highly recommend for decorator quality knobs and low price point.

Beautiful hardware for the home and the staff was super approachable. I thought it was"limited to the trade" which intimidates me but they are open to the public. AND SUPER friendly. I was able to place a small order and was contacted when they arrived. CHECK THEM OUT!
