Wanted to give Francis a chance, despite the 1-Star review. They showed up to our project, unscheduled and unexpected. I let Francis know I would need to inspect the work before burying the work with dirt and get pictures for our records. He blew up and left the job. Very suspicious. Very very poor customer service/communication. Needless to say our business will not use contractors like this, nor could we recommend them.
My neighbor is having their foundation repaired by Bird contracting. The owner is inconsiderate and parked in front of my trashcan and mailbox. When I brought it to his attention that my trash wasn't picked up because his truck was blocking my trashcan he said he didn't care. He continued to ask where am I supposed to park then and I replied possibly anywhere within the 20ft in front of his truck where there was no one and nothing he could block. He said F you! I feel sorry for anyone who uses this company.
Terrible customer service and shady business practices. They worked on my home before we purchased it and I asked if they could come out and take a look at a beam. They quickly replied no warranties. When I explained I am not asking about a warranty and would like to pay them for their services, they said they could maybe come the next day.
