Dr. Bird and his office were extremely unprofessional in the handling of the insurance claim. I’ve had 2 Ivy trained dentists tell me the single gum graft he did was poorly done and will likely need to be re-done as a result in the future. In retrospect, I feel lucky that Dr. Bird did only part of the promised work.

Dr. Bird and all his staff are excellent. My regular dentist referred him when he saw that my teeth were in pretty bad shape. Over the course of a year we had everything looking so much better and I continue to follow his instructions to keep them healthy. They say it all starts with your teeth. If they are healthy then your body can be. My hygienist Jennifer is terrific. I’m undergoing getting an implant and have complete confidence in Dr. Bird. Highly recommend him *****

I share some of the good reviews and believe Dr Bird is a very bright and is professional. While I seek a talented doctor I cannot agree that a tooth extraction is a painless procedure. For me a compassionate approach is a must. No need to be uncomfortable during and after procedure. For me the sedative Halcion is an unwelcoming approach to have a tooth extraction.
