3 stars for effort. I genuinely wanted this to be a successful experience and gave it a second try with that hope. Unfortunately, we still didn’t quite get there. The biggest challenge for me was feeling that what I was trying to achieve wasn’t fully understood, even after I explained it clearly and reiterated my expectations. I certainly wish the business well, but ultimately the results just didn’t meet my expectations again.
Josue redid the keratin and hopefully will stay straight. He was very understanding and patient.
Melissa was amazing! Love my color and cut! She was the sweetest hair stylist & I loved my whole time at Bird
Highly recommended. Professional and very high quality.
