Quiet park but random outrageous water bills aside from lot rent charge, owners are not involved in anyway shape or form and management won't give up owners info under any circumstances. The management just sucks, bad attitude and no people skills.. rules don't apply to some tenants but do to others and Potholes?!?! They could repave streets but rather half a** fill them once every so often. There's nicer parks in the area that charge the same or a little more that are much nicer. Watch out ! I tried to buy a home here from a realtor, the management company had me fill out an application that cost 50 bucks then never got back to the realtor if I was accepted or not ,it's been 3 weeks ! Arx watch out for them they just ghost you !
