Such an amazing clinic! Been a couple times with my new puppy and the staff are always so helpful, gentle, and patient. Vet answered all my questions- I felt heard and unrushed. All staff were so kind with my energetic puppy. A great clinic for both pets and owners!
I live out of town but needed to see a vet as a follow up to a surgery while I was here. I was in with the vet for about 7 minutes and 5 minutes of the time was the vet telling me about how terrible raw feeding is for my dog. She never asked about what exactly we were feeding, or if/how we were supplementing the diet. She just wanted to talk about salmonella and e-coli. I didn't respond with the numerous recalls of kibble for the same concerns, just wondered why she prefers highly processed over healthy.
Appointment expenses were extremely expensive and I left with little to no answers for my cats health. Also I've never heard of a "prescription writing fee" sounds ridiculous to me
