Amazing staff. So friendly and care about your pets. They understand they are your family.
Vet was rude. Not only that but he was just as helpful as a google search. Do better.
I did not go in under food circumstances but they helped my budgie the day after I called and were very friendly and informative.
I’ve always been happy with my visits at Birchwood. The doctors, techs, and front end staff have been professional and informative. Willing to squeeze me in when something unexpected happens. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vet.
