I was seeing an individual therapist elsewhere before going to Birchwood. After experiencing a traumatic event in my life, I started seeing a therapist at Birchwood who is specialized in EMDR therapy. The Breckenridge office is horrible you can leave messages and they don’t return your calls wouldn’t recommend….
I've been going to the Fargo location for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the services provided. My therapist is so kind, personable, and attentive but she's also willing to challenge me and ask the tough questions in a thoughtful and thought-provoking manner.
