Judgemental, certain rules apply to certain people, sometimes they act like their a warden and we're inmates with no rights. Unless it's a service pet they like then no pets allowed here at all except for the Pomeranian in bldg #7 that barks and tries to go after people. Anytime I need anything fixed "it's not our responsibility, that's the owners" or they ignore the problem because they can since it's privately owned So they don't have to follow a lot of state rules which I think is a crock. This Condo Association is so strict and stuffy. Condo itself is nice. No elevator was disappointing. I'm on the 3rd floor. Laundry in the 1st floor is rough at times along with groceries! I may sell it. Another condo ? Fees, gone up in 1 year. Also a flood from burst pipes, and an electric fire. Surprised with another fee for all who own or rent to be paid or more fines for not paying by that date! Constant Problems with the drains.$$$. Disappointed!
