Birchwood medical practice is the best in the area. The doctors are kind and it is easy to get an appointment when needed -
Booked an appt over the phone and was given the wrong date so turned up on the date I was given for the self service check in to say 'no'. Spoke to the receptionist who was most grumpy and 100% sure it was my fault. A smile or cheery 'how can I help' or any effort at customer service would have been nice instead of making feel like an inconvenience. Thing is if you sit behind the reception desk first impressions count.
Birchwood is a fantastic surgery. I never have any problem getting an appointment.The staff are always friendly and helpful. The Doctors always listen with compassion.I think they are a 5 star surgery Thanks
I have seen Dr Raina and Debbie a few times now and they have been so welcoming and put me at ease when I attended for minor surgery. Aftercare was well explained and healing well. Thank you so much Dr Raina and Debbie!
