The homes here may appear nice, but they aren’t put together or repaired/maintained right and it will be at your cost! I bought 1 year ago and Ive had nothing but problems with the “3 year old roof”. It leaks, and it’s falling apart in huge sections. Sun Communities refuses to make it right and says it’s on me. Living here has been a nightmare.
Terrible with communication. Sold the community with no communication but one letter from the new owners.
Some are looking ok but some need some fixing up
Clean environment. Nice people. Quiet safe. Great place for kids to be able to play safely. They keep up with the landscape and really screen the residents and that is why it is a quality mobile home park the ones in the area such as port of call aren't even close to the quality of living u get at this park the owner is super friendly and always helpful and just had time to talk to u about all the options . Pet friendly and low lot rent. Peaceful setting and best of all very safe
