If I could leave negative stars I absolutely would. Assuming this place is still owned by Richard Kohn, I suggest you run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. I attended SUNY Fredonia from 2008-2012. From 2009-2011, I lived in a fantastic house with a wonderful landlord just up the street from the Birchwood apartments. Many of my roommates were graduating, so I decided to downsize and eventually landed on the smaller apartment at 2 Birchwood dr from 2011-2012.
