Is a very poorly ran place and would not recommend renting from this place,I'm a local guide of places for recommend to move into for people and this place has been put and the very bottom, if you are any other ethnicity other then what they want do not even try to recommend moving here at all, have never been shown such a judgmentalness out of the 2 owners!
This is my boyfriend and I first time renting a place and the ladies in the office have been nothing but kind, patient, and overly helpful! With me calling almost everyday with a new question they never seemed to get tired of me and made me very aware that I was important to them! I thank both of these ladies in the office for their patience and their understand of everything that’s been going on!
I’ve lived in Birchwood farms for 10 plus years. Ive read the reviews on management and maintenance and would like to put my 2 cents in. Just because a community has rules to keep YOUR community up to a certain standard, doesn’t mean you have to shoot the messenger. I’m sure dealing with 120 plus occupants every month is a daunting task and impossible to make everyone happy.
