We’ve been living at Birchwood Estates for almost a year now, and it’s been a great experience. The apartments are always clean and well-kept—they still look brand new. The decorations throughout the year, especially around Christmas, really make it feel like home. The outside of the property looks great, but the inside is even better—modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Unresponsive staff and overpriced. Can find more affordable and luxe apts in other areas. — UPDATE: less than 12 hours after posting my review I was contacted by a rep and threatened to be sued for defamation. This feels like they are trying to suppress negative reviews. At least they are more responsive now.
My husband and I are closing in on our first year here at Birchwood Estates. It has been nothing short of an amazing experience so far. Incredibly kind neighbors, clean/ dog friendly community, state of the art gym, and beautiful landscaping to enjoy on walks with our family. Mr Dunbar and his staff are also very kind and receptive to any maintenance concerns. If you are looking for a well-rounded place to live, you cannot go wrong here!
