We had an amazing experience with Amy! She made my daughter and soon to be daughter in law feel so welcomed and seen! She truly listened to every word they had to say. I had a 5-star experience at Birchwood Bridal even though I didn’t end up purchasing a dress. Amy made me feel comfortable and prepared every step of the way. She assured me multiple times there was no pressure to buy a dress and she thoroughly answered all my questions about the process. Birchwood Bridal was nothing short of an amazing experience! You can tell Amy is passionate about what she does. She is so personable, kind, and really listens to what it is you are looking for. This was my first time trying on dresses and I didn’t really know what I wanted but Amy helped guide me towards options she thought I’d like and I ended up saying yes to the dress that made me feel special!
