They lost me as a long time customer after explaining over the phone how the appointment works for a simple oil filter change. Firstly, I need to make an appointment and then bring my vehicle to the shop at the time of the appointment. The lady than tells me I will need to Uber back to my home as the waiting period after you arrive is approximately 40 minutes. Sorry Birchwood, not a place I trust. After my experience with Birchwood Dodge was awful, of course every company needs to make money but this was ridiculous. I felt like I was robbed, no I would not suggest this place to anyone. Bad on you Birchwood .
It's an auto shop. Can't complain about them but also can't praise them. Seems to be good.
Heard a lot of positive feedback. Im a first time customer. So far dealing with them through phone went smooth. Will find out if they desrve 5 stars after they fix my car…
