I called ahead to schedule a pre-purchase inspection of the used car before we bought it. The day off, I called again to make sure that we were still good and to clarify how long it would take because the owner could only drop it off for two hours. I love it here!!! They r amazing here i love it. Im bringing my car back here every time I need work on it!!! (So I went there for an oil change. They told me if I wrote a good review (& gave 5 stars) that they would take $20 bucks off the price. I was there for abt 30 min. My water pump went out and I called all around town to find a place and to get quotes. I had another car that had the water pump bust a few years ago and I took it somewhere else which resulted in me paying high fees and a list of other things wrong with the car that broke my budget. I wish I had found Birchwood Auto Repair a long time ago. They quoted me a fair price, fixed what they were supposed to fix, and had me in and out of there within a few hours. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! Very nice receptionist. Very good at her job. We need a lot of work done on our old truck that’s been sitting. They replaced about 5 things in one day! Prices are very fair. They were honest about what needed done. We took it in for what we thought we needed done- they were like “actually that part is fine, the problem really is…” instead of just doing the work and not really solving the problem.
