10/10 would recommend to a friend! Very nice receptionist. Very good at her job. We need a lot of work done on our old truck that’s been sitting. They replaced about 5 things in one day! Prices are very fair. They were honest about what needed done. We took it in for what we thought we needed done- they were like “actually that part is fine, the problem really is…” instead of just doing the work and not really solving the problem. Great customer service. Honest quotes for services. I brought in my ford flex for brake replacement and they were able to get me back on the road within 3 hours. I will definitely be coming back to Birchwood Auto for my car maintenance and repairs.
I brought my car in due to a headgasket issue, which turned into something much bigger, and I ended up needing a full engine replacement. Overall, the communication on Birchwood's end was amazing. They let me know what they would be doing and gave me price estimates each time something new would come up. They were finished with my car earlier than I would have imagined!
