They really need to get rid of maximum security. Their gate guards are absolutely ridiculous and act like they are police officers with no authority whatsoever
This is a nice, generally well kept community. Beware that there are no assigned parking spots--not even for handicapped spots. If you requested a handicapped spot and someone else parks in it, nothing is done--even if that person has a handicapped spot closer to his/her home.
Been here 6 months and love it , great group of homeowners who all care and respect the community in various ways , 100% recommended one of the true hidden gems on Long Island
