The team is very loving towards our pets, the rates are reasonable and they are very thorough. I trust them completely they do not oversell and treat people with a great amount of compassion too.
The staff were friendly. Our vet, Dr. Robertson was also very accommodating and patient during our visit. Our questions were answered, and we didn't feel rushed when we were trying to understand more about our cat's condition, and without hesitation, she explained it and helped us with the options available.
