They helped me come to terms with complex medical issues

When my therapist went on maternity leave last year, she made sure to recommend another suitable clinician, and when that didn’t work out, the admin team was able to find someone else for me. Birchtree Centre is and has been extremely supportive throughout my mental health journey and I can’t fault them for their service. The admin team went above and beyond to find a suitable clinician for me, and accommodated a reallocation when the fit wasn’t right. They were also very friendly to speak to over the phone, dealing with both Darrel and Sophie was very easy. Couldn’t recommend Birchtree Centre enough for trauma informed care !
10 out of 10 service. I LOVE my therapist at Birchtree, she’s fabulous, and I am so thankful to the Birchtree team for allocating her to me! ALSO the centre is super cozy! Pymble is just glorious, surrounded by all those trees. If you haven’t seen it, check out their instagram or website, the view and sound of the birds is just so tranquil.
