I made a huge mistake renting from this company for a corporate event. I rented a “snow machine”(not real ice, bubbles that look and fall like snow) I had my husband pick it up as I was slammed at work. The first issue is that I paid the entire fee up front. My mistake and I know better. It was required but I should have stayed away from them just based on that alone. The snow machine would stop working every minute or so and not come back on.
