Brought my 3 year old daughter in for her first cleaning appointment today. Our hygienist was Omar! He was wonderful! He took his time and made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout the whole exam/polish. He explained everything he was doing in language she could understand. When I asked my daughter what her favourite part of the day was at bedtime - she said her dentist appointment 🥰.
Expert, timely, service provided by all Birchland Team Members in the maintenance of my teeth. Greatly appreciated!
We always enjoy going to birchland dental. The front staff is always personable and kind. Each hygienist my kids or myself have experienced have been exceptional (especially Heather and Brooke) and dr.Handy is great for kids and adults that are a little anxious about procedures.
Its a freindly place and they explain what they are doing to the person so ya i recomend it to pesple
Last week, I had a crazy week; of medical appointments. My second-last medical appointment was my dental hygienist appointment, which by mistake I arrived super early. In that office, the waiting room has a massage chair. Instead of going back home, I decided to take in the opportunity of a full body massage. It was the best. I think, I'll be looking forward to my dental visits going forward. Lol. Best mistake I've made in a long time.
