Nice dresses and huge range, but it really felt like they just wanted to sell me "a dress" to get rid of their existing off-the-rack stock and wouldn't let me see any custom dresses. Not very personable, wouldn't let me wear my shoes? The studio was SO hot and uncomfortable. I'm glad this wasn't my first experience of a dress shop
From our very first visit. The attention to detail and service was amazing. Slight error on our part. My son didn't try his trousers on until the day. They drove all the way to the wedding venue and delivered them, so on arrival, he quickly changed and was ready to walk the bride down the aisle. Amazing professional service from beginning to end.
“You were like a frightened rabbit trapped in the headlights when you first walked into the shop” was the sentence used to describe me on our first visit to Bows Bridal Boutique, Ashford. Fran and her team went above and beyond for the groom and groomsmen . Not only professional and friendly the service we received was outstanding and took the stress out of some of the wedding prep . Frans knowledge and experience in the wedding industry not just bridal but suits as well is what made Birchington brides stand out . The suit selection and colours available are plenty and Fran helped us choose complimentary colours and suit fit for the entire party. Highly recommend.
