If I could give this place zero stars I would, I applied for this place never gave me a reason for denying me, said they would my $50 money orders back to me & I only live in Negaunee, been almost 3 weeks since & haven't received them, they won't answer calls or emails .. HORRIBLE PLACE MICHELLE IS A VERY DISRESPECTFUL PERSON & I would never send any family or friends to apply for these homes. Be careful they will scam you, block your number & never give you your money back !!!!!
The customer service from the staff is top notch! I recommend this clean, peaceful, and convenient park to anyone looking to call a place home!
I have just moved into Birch Grove and I have to got say Michelle is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was very clear and helpful with everything. I don’t think I have ever went through such a smooth moving process until I met her. 10/10 recommend Birch Grove. Not only is the community well maintained and friendly the landlord Michelle is PHENOMENAL
The cutest, quietest community!! I am so happy here and I love how everyone is so neighborly!!
