If I could give this place zero stars I would, I applied for this place never gave me a reason for denying me, said they would my $50 money orders back to me & I only live in Negaunee, been almost 3 weeks since & haven't received them, they won't answer calls or emails .. HORRIBLE PLACE MICHELLE IS A VERY DISRESPECTFUL PERSON & I would never send any family or friends to apply for these homes. Be careful they will scam you, block your number & never give you your money back !!!!!
The customer service from the staff is top notch! I recommend this clean, peaceful, and convenient park to anyone looking to call a place home!
These people are human predators who pay off local government and judges !, they are pure evil human scammers who will get away with anything they want!, because they pay off people who are corrupt criminals!! BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! They are liars who are purging them selves in court will pay off local District Court judges, attorneys, police, whatever they need to pay off. They are not from this area. They are scum from Detroit Michigan and cannot be trusted in anyway shape or form.☠️
I have just moved into Birch Grove and I have to got say Michelle is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was very clear and helpful with everything. I don’t think I have ever went through such a smooth moving process until I met her. 10/10 recommend Birch Grove. Not only is the community well maintained and friendly the landlord Michelle is PHENOMENAL
The cutest, quietest community!! I am so happy here and I love how everyone is so neighborly!!
