For the most part, the complex I feel is fairly well maintained, the units are mostly kept up with and people are nice. The 3 biggies I don’t like are by far #1. - the gigantic speed bumps (6 of them!), like little Mountains. Drivers have to crawl so slowly over these obstacles, and sometimes forget to have their suspension bottom out. I have to remember to tells visitors to remember GO SUPER SLOW! over them. would give zero if allowed- property management plays favorites when work orders are requested, (if you get response at all) maintenance crews leave debris everywhere after jobs are done, pest control is useless and part of my reason for moving, grounds are old and falling apart, not kid friendly, discrimination against disabled persons is the major culprit with this association.
