It's a nice enough place to live, no issues with neighbors or management. The biggest issue seems to be the rent increases. In 4 years there's been almost a 70% increase in rent. Taking into account that tenants pay their own utilities, water, sewer, parking fee tax, it's hard to imagine that this increase is warranted or sustainable. In another few years it will be cheaper to rent a house.
