I came to Birch Tree with questions about dealing with anxiety and after meeting with Dr. Berzins these past months I feel more equipped to deal with anxious thoughts as they come. He has been a great person to talk to and we share a lot of laughs during our sessions! I highly recommend Birch Tree!
