By far one of the best massages I have ever had! Kate was amazing and incredibly skilled. She communicated with me when pressure would be increased to make sure I know what to expect and how to respond if anything needed to change. She was in tune with my body and knew the areas that needed extra attention. The environment is incredibly relaxing and exactly what you want for the complete spa massage experience. I would highly recommend both Birch Tree and Kate for any massage needs. I will definitely be back!
The BEST massage I have had in many years. To be honest I expected this to be like many of the massages I've had at places locally. I go in, there is a pattern the masseuse follows for the hour, it's nice and relaxing but that's about it. That was not the case at all. I had the most amazing dermaplane facial at Birch Tree Day Spa with Kaliyah! From start to finish, she made the experience relaxing, professional, and personalized. She took her time, explained every step, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My skin felt incredibly smooth and refreshed afterward. Literally glowing! The spa atmosphere is calm, inviting and is the perfect self care treat. Highly recommend booking with Kaliyah if you’re looking for that perfect blend of skill, care, and relaxation.
Great service and professionalism! Kaliyah was waiting at the door for me and is just the sweetest young lady. Kaliyah’s facial was so relaxing and the perfect pressure. The dermaplane was just as amazing. My face has never been this soft. I am hooked and plan to get on a regular schedule with Kaliyah for facial and dermaplane.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Miss Kaliyah! I’ve never gotten a lash lift or tent before, she made me comfortable and answered all my questions with no judgment. Highly recommend she’s awesome!!!!
