I wouldn’t normally leave a review about a psychologist due to the private nature of everything involved, however I also know how hard it is to find a good therapist because of this reason, so I will talk in broad terms. My family has been seeing Claire since 2018 and it has made a huge difference for us. I have been seeing Claire semi- regularly for the past 8 or so months. It has definitely been a positive experience and I plan to continue working with her. She provides a safe, judgement free, atmosphere and is immensely helpful in her approach to my needs. I recommend giving her a chance to see if she is a fit for your needs.
Claire had been nothing short of phenomenal. Her communication makes me feel comfortable and heard every session and her insightfulness leaves me with concrete, tangible things to work on. I cannot recommend her enough to those with ADHD, or if you’re looking to explore EMDR - especially if you feel a lack of progress with other psychologists or methods. I look forward to my appointments with Claire and always leave feeling significantly better!
We were stood up for our first appointment. Not a good call for trying to help someone with abandonment issues. Phone calls and confirmations will be important if you want to come here. We clearly won’t be returning.
